The mission of Doodle Bugs! is threefold - happy children, happy parents and happy teachers. When they were looking to hire new teachers and teacher assistants, we created a digital campaign to assist in the recruitment efforts. The visual elements of the ads show the teachers having fun and spending quality time with the children, while the ad copy speaks to the concrete benefits of working at Doodle Bugs! Combined with a totally revamped Careers section of the website offering more detail about perks, benefits and day-to-day expectations, the recruitment campaign does its part to deliver the call to join the Doodle Bugs! team and become a happy teacher!
