Legend has it, the cocktail was invented in Lewiston, NY. An owner of a tavern would use a rooster feather to stir her drinks. Gallo, pays tribute to that history with the Italian name. Coal fired pizza is a unique approach to making pizza. The rooster and hot coal were obvious, but difficult imagery to combine. The Gallo logo design pulls these two together beautifully. The hand drawn look feels aged and historic.
