The North American Young Lumber Employees (NYLE) logo design project as part of a rebrand of the organization’s new name as the mission and purpose of the group had changed over the decades. The organization had become more inclusive of members of all levels and wanted a timeless logo with a modern design. The logo and earthy color palette are a nod to the industry's roots. While the acronym remained the same, the new logo lockup would serve to make the organization more approachable for those in the industry.
